4. Our services and AI Products

Our advisory, build and talent services are provided under a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document applies.

Activo+ products, including ActivoCEO, ActivoNEO, the Pitch Deck Assessment and the Business Valuation Report, may have their own terms, pricing and plans, which we will make available to you when you sign up or place an order. Partner products featured on Activo+ are provided by third parties under their own terms.

5. AI-generated outputs

Some of our products use AI models to produce assessments, reports, recommendations, job descriptions and decision support. AI outputs can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, so please review them carefully before you rely on them.

• A Business Valuation Report or Pitch Deck Assessment is an indicative, automated analysis. It is not a formal valuation, audit or regulated financial advice, and it is not an offer of, or invitation to, invest.
• Outputs from ActivoCEO, ActivoRules and ActivoNEO support your decisions; they do not replace your judgement. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.
• Only upload material you have the right to share, and avoid uploading personal data that is not needed for the task.

6. Information you send us

When you contact us through our forms, by email, phone or WhatsApp, or upload a pitch deck, brief or job specification, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We treat business information you share as confidential and use it only to respond to you and to provide what you have asked for. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive material, ask us and we will arrange one.

We handle any personal data you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, designs, frameworks, software and the names and logos Activo, Activo+, ActivoCEO and ActivoNEO, are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal use or internal business use.
